Central and East European countries had enormous experience in aeronautics and space. Most of these countries participated for decades in international projects with Russia. Unfortunately this expertise is not well known.
That is why strategic goal of START project is collecting, sorting, presenting and disseminating the available information for aeronautics and space potential and heritage of
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
At the time the call was active ACC were: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
