It is published by SERC at Kyushu University (Fukuoka, Japan) under the auspices of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs. Contributions to this newsletter are always welcome. Anyone can easily subscribe to this newsletter. Anyone with an interest in space weather is encouraged to subscribe and to encourage others to subscribe.
